Not what I expected

The ledge is a little narrow for the phone to sit on. Charging pad need to be plugged into the phone and stuck to the back of the phone for it to work. User would play with the plug continuously

So sorry there were problems. The charging pad and charging stand are offered as a convenience. Sometimes it is challenging for some seniors using the charging plug.

New RAZ Phone Review

So far I like the RAZ phone for my mom. She has access to call out and vice versa in a power outage because she doesn't need wifi. The only thing I am concerned about it the 911 banner along the top of the screen, because she is worried she will hit it accidently. I know you can change it to a contact icon, but it's still vulnerable to accidently hits. Hoping a fix for that will happen.
