Control repetitive calls: set a cap on how many times you senior can call a contact within a specified time period. You can records an audio message that your senior will hear when they call during quiet hours or once the repetitive calls limit is reached. For example, the recording can say that your love them and they should call again in the morning.
Low Vision and Hand Tremor: A special; mode with super-large, high contracts buttons and additional color schemes. You can adjust contact icons and add the status tile, with time and battery level. Ideal for people who experience hand tremors from Parkinson's disease or stroke, or low vison from eye disease.
Set reminders for your senior: Choose dates and times to send reminders and create routines for your senior. Reminders can be in the form of text or text and audio recordings. You can customize the colors and font size. Select the date, time, and frequency. Manage their routine or send a simple one-time reminder. In the RAZ Care app, you can see if the reminder was acknowledged.
Press & hold buttons: The caregiver can choose between different press & hold methods to prevent unwanted calls. And we have added an extra layer of safety with the call confirmation screen.
Settings are disabled for the user: ALL the settings including the volume rocker are remotely managed by the caregiver through the RAZ Care app. Caregivers can even disable the power button to avoid the phone to be accidentally turned off. This means peace of mind for the caregiver and safety for the senior.

- Remotely manage contacts, settings and other aspects of your senior’s phone from your own smartphone through the RAZ Care app.
- Reminders can be set to appear on your senior’s phone at predetermined dates, times, and frequency. Customize color and font size.
- Quiet hours prevents your senior with dementia from calling specified contacts during certain hours of the day, such as in the middle of the night.
- Limit repetitive calls. Set a limit for the number of calls your senior can make to a contact within a specified time period. Reduce excessive calling while keeping emergency calls available.
- Availability status for video calls is displayed on the RAZ Care app to show whether your senior is available to receive video calls.
- Voicemail access is optional and can be displayed on the home screen.
- Month, day of the week, and date can be presented in the phone’s status bar.

- User can’t access settings. You, the caregiver, manage the settings from your own phone.
- Press & hold buttons is an intuitive method that prevents unwanted outgoing calls.
- Different call activation methods allow you to adapt the touchscreen to your senior’s ability and needs.
- Automatic speaker mode: all calls automatically go to the phone’s loudspeaker, with a volume of up to 126.5dB.
- Call confirmation screen helps to avoid accidental dials. It will appear after a contact is tapped, asking the senior to confirm that they really want to call the contact.
- Low vision & hand tremor mode makes everything much larger for users with low vision or hand tremors. You can also adjust the color scheme for better contrast.
- Volume rocker is disabled to ensure the volume is always set to maximum.

Manage the phone through the RAZ Care caregiver app
- From your own smartphone – iPhone or Android – manage all aspects of the RAZ Memory Cell Phone from afar. Add and edit contacts, manage all settings, and check phone status information, such as the phone location, signal strength, and battery power.
- You cannot install mobile applications on the phone, such as Facebook or Amazon Shopping.
