Light-touch tactile switches activate with the slightest movement. Four textures in four colors to choose from:

  • blue with inverse bumps
  • orange with thin ridges
  • red with wide ridges
  • yellow with bumps.

  1. Q. Are batteries needed for these switches and if so what size batteries and how many?
  2. A. No
  3. Q How much pressure is needed to activate the switch?
  4. A. Between 40 to 50 grams of force, which is light touch.
  5. Q. does it work with iPads? (given it is a version with a phono jack)
  6. A. Apple make zero switch accommodation out of the box for the iPad. You will need what is called a switch interface that connects to the iPad via Bluetooth like our #1166 iPad wireless switch interface.
