A The communication device does not use a (Power Cord). It runs on 4 AA alkaline batteries.
Q I am wondering what the manufacturer assistance looks like for someone who has purchased this device?

Q Our district only has Boardmaker Online and I don't see a pre-made grid for this device on that service. Would you please add the grid to that service?

Q Is there an overlay template you can give us to make a communication board for this device. The size of it is not a standard sheet paper size.

A There are pre-made grids for this device on Mayer-Johnson’s Boardmaker program. On your BM CD look under the folder BM Communication Devices, then look for Message Communicator 32.bm2. Please Note: This grid will printout on two sheets of standard 8.5 x 11 printer paper.
Q hello i asked for the measurements of each square. I do not have the boardmaker program. do you know how big each square is?
