Dollars and Cents features three progressive programs: Counting Coins, Spending Money, and Making Change. All feature clear, realistic graphics and an easy-to-navigate interface. Personalize each program: select activities, determine which coins and bills are presented, choose U.S. or Canadian currency, and set scanning options.
Counting Coins has four activities: Naming, Matching, Sorting, and Vending Machine.
In Spending Money, students shop for items and pay for them with computer cash, using the exact amount or the next-dollar approach.
In Making Change, the most advanced program, students function as store clerks, entering purchases and giving back change.
The Dollars and Cents web-based version is a one or three-year subscription for up to 20 students. Teachers can manage student access to apps, view results, and monitor student usage. Students can log directly into to the app or from a student desktop launch page.
Dollars and Cents is available for download on the App Store. You can also purchase directly from us and here's how it works: The App Store has both a free Lite version and full-featured version of Dollars and Cents. The free Lite version has an in-app purchase option to upgrade to the full version. If you purchase the app through Attainment, we will provide an Access Code so you can convert the Lite version to the full-featured version. We can not provide refunds for purchases made on the App Store or from in-app purchases.
