The Beamz X4 is an interactive music system that enables anyone, at any age, to have fun playing musical instruments, regardless of musical experience or ability, by simply touching light beams with their hands. It simultaneously provides a variety of learning, physical, cognitive, social, emotional, sensory, and other benefits and includes a broad range of early learning, math, music education, and interactive story book songs & lessons, as well as Lesson Plans and Therapy Guides for schools and therapists.

The Beamz X4 will include 150 interactive songs, lessons and therapy activities for professional use in Education and Healthcare.
Smaller Size
Travel-friendly, small-scale, lightweight form factor for easy set up and use anywhere. The smaller form factor will also reduce freight costs for Beamz channel partners and our customers.
New Playability
Elimination of the previous generations side towers provides new, innovative ways to play the Beamz X4. This will also improve playability and accessibility for some special needs players that have hand coordination challenges.
Expanded Play Area Capability
A user-selectable option will set the Beamz X4 with a short light beam distance or an extended distance. The extended distance option allows for a wider range of motion as well as participation by a number of individuals at the same time. This will also enable a range of new uses in occupational and physical therapy uses that were not possible with previous generation controllers.
New Hardware Setting Controls
A user-selectable option to leave the light beams always on, always off, or only on when hands or another object interrupts the light. In all cases, the music or event will trigger when the light path is interrupted. This functionality will be useful for professionals working with children or adults with special needs for more control of the X4 playing experience.
Bluetooth Connectivity
Bluetooth connection eliminating the need for cables to connect to your PC or IOS device. Using Bluetooth connectivity to a PC vs. installing a driver as previous generation controllers required will also reduce the involvement of school IT resources to allow driver installation – meaning teachers can connect the Beamz PC software to the X4 controller without IT support or permission.
