ADP Computer systems provided for Vision or Communication

The Assistive Devices Program (ADPhelps people with long-term physical disabilities pay for customized equipment, like wheelchairs and hearing aids.   We have been authorized Vendor with the Ontario Ministry of Health since 2002.

Seniors and Aging in Canada - Assistive Devices

We offer the following ADP Computers

  • Dell/HP/Acer laptop or desktop computer, Intel i3 or i5 or Ryzen 3 or 5
  • 8 GB RAM (minimum)
  • 256 GB SSD Hard Drive (Minimum)
  • No optical drive (No CD/DVD)
  • 24" Monitor if authorized
  • Inkjet printer copier
  • 1-Month Tech Support
  • Software installed/registered
  • File transfer 1-hour included ($50/hour if extra time required, payable in advance)

Here is the ADP (Vision and Communication) process:

  • Assessment by Authorizer who determines appropriate devices.
  • Client chooses Vendor.
  • Authorizer securely sends forms to ADP Vendor.
  • Client’s 25% payment paid when we receive ADP forms from the Authorizer.
  • Vendor signs and submits ADP forms to ADP Toronto for approval
  • Client is responsible for 13% HST.  Contact us How to Save this 13%.
  • ADP issues a Claim number.  This process takes between 3-5 weeks to complete.
  • Once ADP provides an ADP Claim number, the Vendor purchases and provides the device.   ADP provides bi-weekly reports to Vendors.
  • Vendor provides equipment.
  • Vendor submits invoice to ADP for 75% payment.
