Over the recent time, we have been releasing quite a bit of updates for Orbit Player and Orbit Speak, addressing many key issues with stability and performance, while also adding new features and enhancements.
Some of the issues we fixed include serious bugs that prevented customers from updating to these newer, improved versions.
At Orbit Research, we take customer experience at the highest priority.
In order for us to be able to assist people who are effected by the bugs preventing the update process, we kindly ask you to please let us know the following:
- Have you updated your unit recently?
- What is the latest software version and build number you’re running?
- For Orbit Player, did you upgrade to the 2.0 release?
- If you got stuck and cannot install updates, please let us know so that we can assist you with resolving this problem.
