How we can help during your call:
- Real-time support for managing dementia-related behaviors
- Practical communication strategies you can use right away
- Emotional support for caregiver stress and burnout
- General education on Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias
- General information about Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and supportive programs
How it works:
- Call 1-800-729-0083, between 10 AM – 7 PM ET, Tuesday to Friday
- We will schedule an appointment
- Our dementia care specialist will call you at the scheduled time
- Important: This is a non-emergency support line.
- If there is a medical or safety emergency, please call 911.
