How does the Clover Pro work?

Place the Clover Pro on or near the text or picture to be enlarged. The text will then be magnified and shown on the CloverBook screen. You can view the text in color or change the contrast to black / white or white / black. The CloverBook Pro has built-in OCR engine which will auto recognize the context of various language with user-preferred page size, and speak aloud with natural voice generated by TTS engine, providing reading and auditory enjoyment.

Can I write while using the Clover Pro?

Yes, the CloverBook Pro screen can fold/tilt to allow enough space to comfortable write under the camera.

Can I view distances using the CloverBook Pro?

Yes, the CloverBook Pro comes equipped with a discreet, folding distance camera. To use this, fold the camera arm up and press the distance view button on the bottom left side of the screen.

How much does the CloverBook Pro weigh?

Can I replace the battery myself?

Yes, the CloverBook battery is user replaceable. You can detach the battery on the backside of the screen and insert a new one. The unit also has 4-5 hours of continuous use on a 3 hour charge.

What if the distance camera is not displaying an image?

Make sure the camera arm is extended upward and that the camera is not obstructed by a foreign object.
Rotate the camera tip clockwise to adjust the viewing area
Press the blue SWITCH button on the left side, above the Line/Bask Button to toggle between the near view and distance view.

How do I switch to split-screen view?

Press the SWITCH button on the left side of the device to toggle between 4 viewing modes.

How do you scan a document, and have it read back aloud?

Pressing the speech Button on the front left side will activate the OCR function.

How do I attach the second screen accessory?

The CloverBook has an optional secondary screen that attaches to the back of the CloverPro case then plug the HDMI into the left side of the Clover Pro.
